Hardwood Flooring installation starts at
$2.50 per square foot.  Laminate and Luxury Vinyl Plank start at $1.99.  Tile starts at $3.50.  Most flooring contractors are hesitant to publish pricing as each project is different.  We have very rarely only installed the floor by itself.  Demo of existing floors, delivery, floor prep, moving of furniture encompasses an extra charge. Each job must be measured and evaluated for a total cost. Showers, special patterns, and walls are custom work and require a detailed consultation.   Please contact us and we will do our best to give you a preliminary non-binding quote.

What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and won't go over budget?

We do our best to estimate your job's timing and cost based on our experience.  Some contractors give you an estimate based on waste.  Or maybe they tell you that you don't need to prep your floor but end up adding these costs once they start your job and it ends up costing you much more.  We don't take shortcuts and advise you upfront on estimated costs and completion date but we cannot be certain until we start.  Unless you have x-ray vision nobody can tell you what kind of slab or subfloor is under your existing floor.  It is a costly mistake to do so.  We detail the terms and scope of your job in our estimate.  We only schedule jobs one at a time.  We want to make sure your job is completed before we go on to the next project.
